Jamaica’s women continue to shine at the IAAF World Under-20 Championships.
Tiffany James won gold in the 400-metres while the country’s 4×100 relay team also claimed first place.
James took first in the quarter-mile with a time of 51.32 seconds. That’s the fastest time in the world this year in the under-20 age group. Jamaica’s Junelle Bromfield also made it to the podium in the event, taking third with a time of 52.05 seconds.
In the men’s 200-metres, Nigel Ellis earns bronze with a time of 20.63 seconds.
