Craig Gaskill the former Manager for Kirk Market was due to make an appearance in court today (July 7), however he was a no-show.
Back in May he was allowed to leave Cayman to visit his ill father in the US. His failure to attend court meant that the three men who stood as sureties for him must now pay a combined total of $22,500. Two of the men will be required to pay $5,000 each, while the third man will have to come up with $12,500.
Earlier this year Mr. Gaskill was charged with two charges of obtaining a pecuniary advantage by deception.
