The war against the disease carrying Aedes Egypti mosquito takes a turn. When we were booking this show, we expected that today (14 July) would be the day the genetically modified mosquitoes would be released in West Bay.

An eleventh hour court injunction pressed the pause button on the plan. As a result, 75,000 of genetically modified mosquitoes are now being destroyed. On this episode of The Panel, we have a slate of guests prepared to discuss the plan and now that it has been derailed for the time being, what happens next.
