Three different families were made homeless in George Town after a fire which residents deemed as suspicious.

Community activists and official sources have come to the aid of the families who lost a lot of material goods, but retained their compassion and gratitude for what they still have.

One of the fire victims Eldon Walton said he lost a great deal of items essential to his living in the blaze.

“I lost my money, I lost everything brethren. I had two tv’s, two fridge, microwave, clothes, all kind of things were in my room,” Mr Walton said.
