Well-known local real estate agent Kim Lund has been flown to Jackson Memorial Hospital in the United States this morning to receive treatment from a serious back injury he sustained at his home.
The 59-year old has been selling property in the Cayman Islands for decades with RE/MAX, the company he co-owns with James Bovell.

Mr. Lund was injured at his Britannia home on Saturday.  His colleagues say he sustained a spinal injury and was being treated locally.  In a statement released from RE/MAX, “everyone at RE?MAX Cayman Islands is praying for Kim and we anticipate news of his progress in due course. Kim is a resilient man and we look forward to his return,” said James Bovell.
