One Cayman Islands sports association wants to encourage its youth players to compete overseas and is set to shell out cash to help them do so.

According to a press release from the Tennis Federation of the Cayman Islands, it has raised money over the past year with the sole purpose of helping get young players in international tournaments.

It’s now taking applications for players currently attending a Cayman Islands school full time up to their final year of high school.

Players can receive up to $400.
