One official from the United Nations organisation that oversees global labour standards… said she’s glad to see this week’s Cayman conference on encouraging women to enter or improve their careers in the maritime industries.

Director for the International Labour Organization team in the Caribbean Claudia Coehnjaerts (kun-yarts) said there is still plenty of inequality between genders when it comes to equal pay and equal treatment.
