The public procurement bill is slated to change the way Government makes public purchases. Public spending and getting value for money has always been a long-standing issue for many, however Government is seeking to stream line the public procurement process through technology. Coming to the LA will be legislation that will ensure the principles of transparency and accountability and more so value for money are adhered to.
