A recent scrimmage is helping two Cayman Islands volleyball teams prepare for international competition.

The Women’s National Volleyball team went toe-to-toe with the girls from Cayman International School.

It was meant a way to train as CIS is set to send its squad to a tournament, in Trinidad and Tobago.

Meanwhile the National team players continue to train for the International Volleyball Federation World Championship qualifying event set to be held in Cayman next month.

Cayman will play Bonaire, Guadeloupe and the Bahamas.

The tournament will be held 12-13 November at Clifton Hunter High School.
