Call for T-VET building

Is enough being done for those who wish to learn a hands on trade? One political hopeful believes the answer is no.

Jonathan Piercy is calling for a Technical and Vocational Education Training (T-VET) school, with proper instructional classrooms set up, as opposed to what is happening right now where businesses – like those in the construction industry – for the most part have become the sole training ground.

Mr. Piercy made his comments on this week’s The Panel.
