Cayman’s most well-known property owner has rebranded its portfolio as Dart Realty changes its name to Dart Real Estate.

A subsidiary of Dart Enterprises, the company was originally set up to manage a single enterprise, Camana Bay. Today, Dart Real Estate holdings also include a marina, golf property, an office park, the new Kimpton Seafire resort and plans or proposals for new and expanded parcels.

“We have beautiful buildings that are functional and suit the needs of our tenants,” said Dart Real Estate president Jackie Doak, “But we also have amazing external spaces, green spaces, landscaping, and water features. We embrace the environment that we’re developing, and we incorporate it in meaningful ways.”

Dart Real Estate’s 122 employees are part of the nearly 600 workers in Dart Enterprises. Ms. Doak says 60 to 70 percent of the total workforce is Caymanian.
