Junked car site cleared

A site on Crewe Road that had been the scene of controversy over the storing of junked cars, no longer has the cars, and will soon no longer have a building, either.

The property now belongs to Dart Real Estate, but back in March, there was a legal dispute with a tenant who was using the site for storing cars and getting complaints about it becoming a mini-junkyard.
The cars have since been moved and now the building is being demolished.
Dart did not release whether it has any plans for the site once it’s cleared.
