Last week, one of the founding members of local art collective “Native Sons” displayed a new exhibition at the Ritz-Carlton.
Al Ebanks, known for his abstract style has on display new and old works, along with 45 other local artists showing the public their favorite parts of the Cayman Islands.
“Most people kind of inspired just by the colours and the movement of the works so they are always asking questions, so it’s kind of like a trying to figure out what they are saying. Most of the time I have to explain, again they are seeing something different from what I’m explaining to them,” said artist, Al Ebanks.
The exhibition will run till early 2017.
