There’s a new exhibit at the Cayman Islands National Museum.

Authentic diving gear that was used in the early nineteen hundreds, from masks to tanks and flippers, were on display for people to see.
The event was more than an exhibition, more like a mini fair, as there was a live band and entertainment stalls for kids.

“Bob Soto inspires me to be a diver and I think that he inspires most people as well, what he has inspired me to do is become a marine biologist,” said Leann McLaughlin from Cayman Traditional Arts.

More than 250 people attended the event and the exhibition will run for a year.
