A man accused of attempted rape remains in custody and will stand trial in February. Josh Alexander Bodden pleaded not guilty on Friday (16 December) to that charge, two charges of indecent assault and one count of assault causing actual bodily harm. He is accused of attacking a woman in Barkers on 15 October.
Meanwhile, a case surrounding a stabbing incident will go to trial next April. Harrison Shane Jackson, 38, is charged with wounding an acquaintance at a home on Webb Road. He was granted bail until the trial.
