Value for money… It may be buzz words we all hear too often. But are they something we realistically achieve?
Well the new Procurement Law aims to make that a reality.  The new law was passed in the LA and was gazetted but it’s not yet operational.  The law’s accompanying regulations are in the process of being finalised for cabinet’s consideration, and it’s hoped that they will be ready for early next year.

Joining Tammi Sulliman is the new Director of the Central Procurement Office Craig Milley, he walked through what these changes will mean when it comes into force.
