Sir Hilary Beckles says, West Indies Cricket may loose identity

Vice Chancellor of the University of West Indies, Sir Hilary Beckles is making a bold prediction saying the West Indies Test Cricket team will lose its identity in the next five years.

If, key players continue to take up duties for franchise for the popular Twenty20 cricket across the globe. Several West Indies players are opting out of regional play to bat with premier leagues, where they have been offered more lucrative contracts.

Sir Hilary believes if this trend continues there will be no experience players on the West Indies team.
