Social media video showing dying dog sparks outrage

A video surfaced on social media showing an emaciated dog which eventually died is drawing outrage from the public.

Many are saying it only takes a little care from pet owners to keep animals healthy and animal expert with the Humane Society Jason Jairam was on the scene of the call where the dog was suffering.

This dog was skinny all skin and bones so I definitely think the dog died of starvation,” Mr. Jairam said.

Cayman 27’s Mario Grey has this story and we should warn you that you might find some of the video disturbing.
