NWS weighs in on 2018 hurricane season predictions

The early predictions are coming in, and at least one, that one issued by Colorado State University last week, is calling for a “slightly above average” hurricane season in 2018.

But predictions by their very nature are just educated guesses. The Director General of the National Weather Service, Mr. John Tibbetts, joined Cayman 27 to discuss the predictions.
