Walton, Ebanks breaks down the RCIPS 2018 firearm amnesty

The RCIPS formally launched its firearm amnesty today (31 May.) Joining Cayman 27’s Reshma Ragoonath and Dr. Taylor Burrowes to discuss how they plan to execute the amnesty was Deputy Police Commissioner Kurt Walton and Superintendent Brad Ebanks.
