MLA Bernie Bush remains hospitalised, Premier: “We will keep him in our prayers”

Deputy House Speaker Bernie Bush remains warded at Health City. He is set to undergo heart surgery in two days time.
The West Bay North MLA was hospitalised Friday (1 June) after doctor’s discovered a blockage near his heart.
Since being warded the MLA had a number of visitors including Opposition MLAs and Premier Hon. Alden McLaughlin who said the government backbencher was in good spirits.

Today (4 June) Premier McLaughlin issued a statement saying, “We wish him Godspeed in this journey with his health and we will keep him in our thoughts and prayers.”
