Cayman Islands Red Cross appeals for support for flooding victims in Trinidad and Tobago

The Cayman Islands Red Cross launched an appeal this week to support victims of flooding in neighbouring regional partner Trinidad and Tobago.

For three weeks, the islands have been battling fallout from one of the worst natural disasters in their history.

Heavy rain over just 48 hours caused flooding and landslides, with an estimated 150,000 people affected.

If you want to support the CIRC, donations can be made at Butterfield via account 1360350540060 or at the Red Cross corporate centre on Hospital Road.
