No arrests yet in food truck robbery, police appeal for witnesses

Two food truck employees were treated for minor injuries over the weekend after an armed robbery.

Police say the incident happened in Red Bay.

They say they have not made any arrests in the incident.
According to the RCIPS, one food truck employee was pistol-whipped.

Police said just before midnight on Friday (23 November) night two masked men approached the employees of a food truck parked at the top of Selkirk Drive.
They assaulted the workers before escaping with a quantity of cash.

Police believe the culprits left the scene in a vehicle.
They say at least two other people, believed to be customers, were possibly on the scene at the time of the robbery.

They are asking those individuals to come forward.
