Pups have fun at Santa Paws 2018

The Humane Society’s annual Santa Paws fundraiser took centre-stage at Dart Park over the weekend.

Several members of the community turned out to the event with their pooches to take photos with Santa Claus.

Director of the Humane Society Saskia Salden said the event was a success.

“People are coming one at a time which is fantastic, we don’t want 50 people all of a sudden showing up with their dogs that would be a bit stressful. Santa is doing well. He’s sweating a little bit, but he’s doing good. The turnout is very good, we are pleased,” said Ms. Salden.

The Humane Society raised $800 from the fundraiser.
