Cayman 27 – ARCHIVE
Business Culture News

CIS student by day…. vlogging sensation by night!

Eighth grader and local community vlogger Phillip Whan Tong has already been commissioned to cover some of Cayman’s upcoming cultural events.

If you click on the video above, you’ll find one of his most popular vlogs, filmed at Coco Fest.

Phillip told Cayman 27 he decided to just give it a try and you can do it too.

“Well just go out and do it!” Phill said encouragingly.

He added: “you have a phone in your pocket, you can start to film. There’s free software online, for example, iMovie is what I edit with. You can start to create these epic vlogs.”

And you can check out Phillip in action at his next commission: the upcoming Orchid Show at the Botanic Gardens on 30-31 March.
