Housing, like unemployment, continues to be one of those challenging issues government has to tackle.
One of the ways it’s seeking to address this is a reboot of the Government Guarantee Assisted Mortgage scheme, known as GGHAM, aimed at helping first time home owners.
Julio Ramos, General Manager of the National Housing Development Trust, the agency charged with rolling out the scheme, sat down with Tammi Sulliman to discuss this latest incarnation of the scheme.
