The Supreme Court of Bermuda on Wednesday (6 June) overturned a decision to repeal same-sex marriage rights in that country by judicial decision.
The court ruled there was a lack of constitutional validity of revocation provisions of the Domestic Partnership Act of 2018 and the repeal discriminated on the grounds of creed.
